Located in north west of Sydney this master planned community over 130 Hectares included 1,000 residential and integrated housing lots, industrial lands, a new school, local parks, and extensive environmental corridors. The master planning was coordinated and supervised in house with input from consultant specialists and brought many issues together at the early project stage that are encountered in land development today.
