Winten amalgamated the 26 strata lots known as Norberry Terrace between 1990 and 2013 to consolidate the redevelopment site. We then ran the rezoning and Development Application process. Following Development Approval we sold the approved development to a consortium comprising Leightons and Suntec REIT in 2014.
