177 Pacific Highway will create a new gateway to North Sydney; anchoring the North-West corner of the CBD. Its asymmetrical composition of forms will create a dynamic tower where each volume responds to its respective orientation and solar aspect; creating a unique tower which varies depending on the vantage point. The tower envelope reads as a suspended form penetrating a 4 storey glass podium which houses both the office foyer and a garden plaza. The building will have a lettable area of 39,249m2 and achieve a minimum 5 Star Green Star and NABERS environmental rating.

The 31 storey office tower has an RL of 195AHD (125.9m) and provides large contiguous rectilinear floor plates generally ranging from 1,250m2 NLA at the lower levels up to 1,570m2 NLA for the upper levels. This has been achieved through a side core arrangement incorporating three life rises, amenities and stairs located adjacent to the southern façade.

Sydney CBD, Harbour and district views are afforded over the majority of levels.
