The development site is located on the southern side of the Pacific Highway in St Leonards opposite Winten’s award winning Forum development, a $500 million mixed use development incorporating the new St Leonards Railway Station and Bus Interchange completed in 2002.

The site comprises four older style office buildings over five parcels of land totalling 2,589.5m2.

On completion, Link will deliver an A+ Grade 18 storey commercial building with some 26,500m2 of office space over 16 levels and approximately 2,300m2 retail space. The building’s perimeter-core and rectilinear floor plates, generally of some 1,700m2 NLA, deliver highly efficient accommodation with expansive city and harbour views.

The development provides an impressive through site link between Christie and Lithgow Streets and harbours the retail. Unique to the design are two expansive lobbies, one to each of Christie and Lithgow Streets, creating the opportunity for two independent corporate identities within one building, thereby enhancing the letting potential of the project.

The site is located on the southern side of the St Leonards Centre, directly opposite Forum and approximately 50 metres from St Leonards Railway Station under cover pedestrian access. This is the hub of office, retail and transport activity in St Leonards. The site is bounded by Christie Street to the east, Christie Lane to the north, Lithgow Street to the west, and commercial development to the south.
