Mirador

Located in the coastal town of Merimbula in Southern NSW and comprising some 450 lots. As is typical with coastal land, a number of complex issues were required to be satisfactorily resolved to enable the sustainable development of the site. Some of the issues include: bushfire, archaeological, flora and fauna, access to Tura Beach, flight path restrictions, drainage and infrastructure. Winten was able to successfully resolve these issues and provided a much sought after residential community. The success of this project culminated in the listed RCL Group entering in to a Joint Venture with Winten in June 2006 (approximately 400 home sites) and retaining Winten to manage the remainder of the development.
